Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Daily/Weekly Reservations:

• Reservations cancelled 3 or more days prior to arrival will incur a 3% cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival receive no refund.
• No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund.

Monthly Reservations:

• Reservations cancelled 3 or more days in advance will forfeit the $100 prepayment.
• Reservations cancelled less than 3 days in advance of arrival receive no refund.
• No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund.
