We are very excited to host you! Are you all packed? A few quick things to keep in mind before your stay...
Address: 861 Du Golf Road. This is a new address so Google may not have caught up yet. If you arrived at the Hammond Golf Course, you're almost there. You'll need to travel east on Du Golf Road (golf course on your left), and you'll see the Hammond Hill entrance on your left shortly after the golf course ends.
Finding Your Site: Please take a moment to check in online. There's also signage on-site once you arrive at the parking lot directing you to the various villages: "W" "Y" "SLV Tiny Homes" or "L".
Parking: If you choose to park onsite it will be at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any damages or stuck vehicles. The walk varies between 1-5 minutes down maintained trails. There is a wagon in the back of the Welcome Shack for checking on about out. Please return it promptly for other guests to use.
Check in and Check out Times: You are welcome to arrive anytime after 2:00pm. We will be in touch with all necessary self check-in instructions. Departure by 10:00am so we can get our sites ready for the next reservation. We strongly recommend that you arrive before dark. You can reach a Hammond Hill team member at 343-204-6468 by call or message and we will get back to you as soon as we become available. We may be assisting other campers
Wi-Fi: This is free to all guests! The network is HAMMOND_HILL and the password is 861duGolf!
Bathrooms: There are 2 port a potties on site for your use. Tiny homes have their own private bathrooms. We have a wash station set up for campers on the outside of the black pump house to the left of the main park
Water: Your welcome to purchase potable water prior to your visit. We have a wash station set up to the left of the main park just outside our pumphouse - This water is non potable but can be used as a clean up station
Garbage: . Garbage's should be deposited in our big bins located just past the welcome shack heading towards our exit upon departure. Additional fees may apply if any garbage is left over after departure
Noise: Keep in mind there is a strict no noise policy during quiet hours: 11pm - 7am (this is the local bylaw and will be strictly enforced).
Firewood: Available for purchase online or you can purchase firewood onsite behind the Welcome Shack. Your welcome to deposit cash in the key drop located on the door of the Welcome Shack or we can add your purchase to your reservation. Bags of firewood are $20.00 each. Note: We are an eco-resort and reuse our green fire bags, please do your best to leave them in good condition and return them to the proper location.
Swimming: There are NO lifeguards on duty at our lakes. Swimming is at your own risk, and children or weak swimmers should be supervised by a competent adult at all times.
Pets: Pets are allowed on site but must be leashed and controlled at all times. Owners are liable for any injury or damage caused by a pet. . Any noted incident with an aggressive pet will lead to termination of your rental or removal from the property. Additionally please clean up after your pet. Additional fees may apply if any animal feces or "poop bags" are left onsite after departure
Damages: Please note that in the event you are responsible for unreasonable damages to the accommodations or property we reserve the right to charge the replacement value to your credit card on file. You will be contacted to discuss any damages and the amount owing before a charge is processed.
Lost/Stolen items: Guests are liable for the return of any keys that are associated with their reservation. For any lost or stolen items additional charges will be applied. We will reach out if we do find any leftover belongings onsite. If you missing something please give us a shout!
EMERGENCY: For any and all emergencies onsite contact 911 for immediate assistance
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans change. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation please provide as much notice as possible in order to ensure a refund of your deposit. Reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.
