Terms & Conditions

We’ve established the following general campground guidelines to help insure your safety and your enjoyment, while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.

 

  • Check-in daily after 1 pm, Check out is at 12 pm

  • Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am.  Please, quiet partying only!

  • Speed Limit 5 mph. Please observe our speed limit for the safety of all our guests.

  • Please feel free to enjoy your campfire in the provided fire pit.

  • DO NOT USE YOUR FIRE PIT FOR TRASH DISPOSAL! There is a dumpster at the entrance.

  • Please keep pets on a leash (6 ft max) or inside and do not leave them unattended.  No excessive barking allowed.  Do not tie pets to the picnic tables.

  • Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. Please dispose of pet waste in the dumpster.

  • Children must be supervised at all times. Please see that your kids are well behaved and respectful at all times.

  • Due to our site setup, no RV or vehicle washing is allowed.

  • Please place all garbage in the dumpster.  Please do not burn trash in the fire pit.

  • Pressure regulators are recommended for all RV's.

  • Only one RV is allowed per campsite.

  • No mail service is available at the campground.

  • All RV's and tow vehicles must have current license.

  • Only 2 vehicles per campsite unless approved by management.

  • RV Park Appearance Standards

    To help keep Happy Times Campground clean, attractive, and enjoyable for everyone, we ask all guests to help preserve the look and feel of a traditional RV campground. Happy Times Campground is an RV park, not a mobile home park.

    Standard RV accessories and camping equipment are welcome. The following items are not permitted unless approved by management:

    • Window air conditioning units

    • Storage sheds

    • Permanent or semi-permanent outdoor structures

    • Homemade additions or modifications to an RV

    • Fencing, decks, porches, or similar structures

    • Exterior appliances or equipment not designed as standard RV accessories

    • Other items that are not original to the RV or considered customary for RV camping

    If you’re unsure whether an item is permitted, please ask before installing it—we’re always happy to help. Management reserves the right to require the removal of any unapproved item to maintain campground standards. Failure to comply may result in removal from the campground, subject to applicable law.

  • Liability Notice

    Guests assume all risks associated with their stay at the campground. The campground, its owners, and management are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or damage to persons, vehicles, equipment, or personal property while on the premises. By entering and using the campground, guests acknowledge and accept these terms.
