This family-owned and operated campground is located in the heart of Meadview, Arizona. No frills— all outdoor thrills type of place. They offer free WI-FI, complimentary coffee, as well as books, and games inside the office at no charge. Enjoy their full hook-up RV Sites, tent/dry camping, horse camping, historic motel, and glampers! South Cove boat launch is just minutes from the campground that goes into Lake Mead! Who doesn’t want to cool off in the summertime with some boating, kayaking, swimming, and more? Meadview is the only free access to Lake Mead Recreational Park! This remote town offers off-roading as far as the eye can see, trails for horseback riding, hiking & biking!     The Urban Cowboy is one of our largest units. Sleeping 3 comfortably, with a large Living space, full Kitchen, bathroom, Private bedroom equipped with a very comfortable King sized bed, even a washer/dryer!! The very comfy queen sized futon sleeps extra 3rd guest. This unit is set off in a private space away from the rest of the Glampers. Has its own private, enclosed patio area. We made sure not to enclose the far end where their is still a lovely view of the Grand Cliffs! This is a true desert delight for anyone looking for a private, Desert Cowboy Getaway. Complimentary Coffee is served in the mornings at the office. Outstanding Views Free WIFI at the Office Complimentary Coffee in the mornings at the office. We are the closest town to the Grand Canyon SKYWALK, which is just 40 minutes from us. Meadview, the town we are located, is the only place to obtain Free Entree to the Lake Mead Recreational Center. We have outstanding Lookouts, Top notch Stargazing, Gold Prospecting, Bird Watching, Fishing, Off Roading etc. Some of the Best Desert Off-Roading through trails within the Joshua Tree National Forest, Please note you must bring your own OHV, horse, etc. We are 45 minutes off th 93 Freeway and their is a small grocery store just 10 minutes from the Campground called Ma’s mini marketplace. We have a Family Dollar Store with essential necessities. Just 1 mile from town is the Gas N' Grub, Two Restaurants, on some Saturdays we have a really awesome Farmers Market at The Boathouse Cafe and Restaurant. Also a lovely Bakery called Rosemary and Thyme that provides delicious coffees, pastries and food.

    This is Room. #3 in our Mini Motel. It is named On The Road Again for its obvious reasons. Beds are Two Twin beds with gel memory foam mattress toppers. All of our motel rooms are equipped with Full bathroom, vanity, closet space, desk, dresser & Free WIFI. Rm.1, Wild & Free, does not have a mini fridge in the unit, the building does allow for this. However, we do provide a large fridge for guests to use, within the Laundry room, right next to the bathrooms.. The Laundry room is locked 7pm to 8am. Complimentary Coffee is served in the mornings at the office. No trailers or motorhomes, these may camp in the full hook-up sites.     If you're looking for an out of the way, in the middle of the mountains and grand canyon, this is it. Very nice campgrounds, small town, nice friendly people, beautiful scenery.
