All was good in our camp site. No other campers in the campground.. look forward to the repairs from the flood to the rest of the campground.

This campground could be so wonderful! Bathrooms are not working. Many electrical boxes broken, laying on ground. With that being said, we enjoyed the campground. The train tracks very close and train whistles are loud. (this did not bother me). The Historic Town of Hardy is right by campground, walking distance. The cost per night $37 is not a fair cost with the conditions of the campground.

We only stayed overnight. The view of the river was awesome. There are still lots of repairs to do to recover from the flood last year.

The site is still not recovered from a flood last year. Bathhouse not open just porta potties. Firepits and grills also not available.

The hardworking city employees working to improve the park were friendly and accommodating. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Friendly people at camp, on the river and in town.

The park was badly damaged by the spring flooding and the city has yet to make the necessary repairs to restrooms and many of the camp sites. My recommendation would be for the website to reflect these outages especially the showers and restrooms.

Most of the electrical infrastructure has been torn out.(I paid for hookups but none available on my site) Sites are not all marked. Was in a sad state.

Would have given 0 stars if I could! I booked a large rv spot with water, electric and sewer. Upon arrival for site 17, it was discovered to have no electric hookup and no sewer. Checked many spots and this was true of all checked. This area should not be listed because it doesn’t exist anymore. Poles were knocked over and laying on ground as were many electric boxes. When I went to cancel our one night stay the site wouldn’t allow it. Had to leave and find somewhere else to stay.

Campsites are nice. The view of the river is great. However, the train tracks are very close. It might have been a busy night for trains but there was at least one train an hour. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. I was tent camping so it was probably louder than if you were in a camper.

To whom it may concern, At our recent stay this past weekend, the rest rooms were revolting ! We noticed there was port a potties during the event. But for campers there was no option. I understand there was a flood this last April. But we should never have to experience something this disgusting. There has been plenty of time to get this under control. We were given a code to get into the restrooms m, one door was not locked at all. The other door was locked and you couldn’t even excess it. The open door was full of waste. Toilet paper hanging off the toilets. And if someone needed to close the door there was no lighting. When we went to dump our portable waste tank from our RV the dump station was full. We had no where to dump a 2 night stay worth of waste. This is not expectable, had it not been so gross i would have taken pictures of the filth. I can guarantee it’s still the same as it was when we left Sunday morning. Go take a look for yourself. If this was my town I was representing I would be totally embarrassed to have visitors to come into my town to have to witness this humiliation. Keep in mind we camp in your town at least twice a year. Unfortunately we didn’t come in the spring like we normally do because of the floods. By this time we thought things would be as close to normal as could be. Instead we come from an hour away to find this is still in the park this way. Sincerely, Tammy Smith

We really enjoyed our stay. If the bathrooms were working it would have been better. We do plan on staying again in the future.

Great camping spot, but no electric restored yet in the tent camping sites since the flood this past spring. RV spots have electricity, but tent spots don't yet according to the park ranger.

It’s pretty and well kept on land. Access to the water is incredibly iffy. The recent floods has the water filled with hazardous material. My partners hand got sliced while looking for rocks to skip. We didn’t swim after that so our kid wasn’t hurt. But everything else was fun. There were 2 spots to the water that we found. One was hard to get back to land from and the other we were hurt at. But the spot for tents was good, access to water spouts, wasn’t loud or overloaded with people, so besides the water access/swimming I have no complaints!

Would have been nice to know before we arrived…that they had a flood recently and there was only electric and water at 6 spots, no shower, no bathrooms, only s couple port a potties by the city park!! They said they had been trying to reach Campspot to let them know but not able to! Seriously inconvenient!!!

Overall the spot was nice and it was the only pad on site. The bath house being out of service and no real dump station was a bummer. Asking max price for a night under those conditions. Should have been discounted. The flood damage did the place in for the most part so I understand that part.

The bathrooms were not clean. A train went by every 15-20 mins all night. Sorry, but I should have had a clue, when we crossed the tracks. Needs a definitely an updated remodel.
