The location is great!!! The trains are fun. A bit loud. But still fun!!!! Finding the spot was a challenge….? But once settled, we loved it. Would recommend that you post a map at the entrance to help those of us who have a reservation to find our spot😊😂

There was someone in my reserved spot. The place reaked of Marijuana. The ground was soft and muddy in the spot that I ended up in. This was the worst stay at this place in the last 6 years I have been coming. I will look for someplace else next year.

I love this campground. It’s close enough to walk to Main Street and to a couple of the nice restaurants. There were a couple of other campers on this visit that concerned me. I did not have any trouble out of them, but they seemed a little suspicious. Especially a young man in a tent, dressed in all black. I started to call and make sure they were legit campers, but another couple ended up staying the night so I felt a little more comfortable.

Got to the campground and a truck was parked in the spot i booked. I talked to the person in the trailer next to the truck, she said she didn’t know where the owner was. So I had to find another spot with 50 amp in the rain.

I like Hardy campground because we always have a peaceful stay and restrooms and electricity are a plus. Price is affordable as well. I stay here alot.

The grass really needed mowing.

The grass needs mowed so badly. For $49 a night, that’s the least that should be done. Other than that, we enjoy the park. Please keep it mowed.

Would have given 5 stars if the bathrooms had been clean. Dirty old towel and washcloths in shower area and no soap in dispensers.

This camp ground was absolutely beautiful and close to everything!! I wish we could stay a week or two. It was very easy reaching out for support for any issues we had and they were prompt in accommodating for our stay there. We checked this campsite out last year to see how it was and that helped us make our decision on doing a little family summer vacation here. Our only complaint is that when we looked at the space the bathrooms and showers were so comfortable and clean. During this trip they were absolutely atrocious. We were all disappointed in how nasty they were and no one came to clean them up during our 3 night stay. Though this was a disappointment for all of us, it would not keep us from staying again. I'm sure we will be back many times. This is one of my top favorite campgrounds!

The service was great! Dustin helped me immediately when needed. The location isn’t the best. Train track 300 feet from camp, and VERY busy track. Of course in the perfect location where they have to Blair their horn each time. Yes it is on Spring river but no access to the river. Just a ledge to the river. The site it’s self was ok, water hook up only, they have a dump station right next to the bathrooms, bathrooms are only 2 stalls for showers and toilets. I don’t feel the money I paid for the holiday was worth the price.

Underutilized park. Only one other unit was there. It is next to train tracks, with trains running throughput the day and night.

Nice clean campground.

I have always enjoyed staying here, but this time after paying for a campsite we had no electric to use which was dissapointing.

Because your website didn’t say anything about a railroad track 100 yards from the campground. Plus the train came by every half hour all day all night waking everybody up

We loved it. Had no idea about Hardy or the area - it was a great size campground and play area / grass area. Absolutely wonderful for the eclipse. Thank you for graciously hosting! The pond slider turtle was quite the find in the river as it basked on a log for the eclipse as well. Wonderful little town!

Washroom facilities were terrible - in need of repair and cleaning. The rates charged are not warranted due to the condition of the facilities. Spoke with the Mayor, who apologized and refunded 1/2 of the fee. Very nice city and friendly people though.

Clean and very accessible to the downtown area.

The bathrooms were terrible , not clean. I texted him he would not reply to my text. The other campers said they would not be back. Two campers got booked on the same site. We been going there since 2008 and never seen it this bad. We like it best when Terry and his wife was there, they took care of the the place. Terry was around and if you needed anything just call. This guy now never returns your phone calls. They almost double the price per night too.

The park is not monitored for paying customers and non-paying. The bath house was right across from our campsite and the first morning there we counted 6 locals vehicles stop in to shower and/or use the restrooms between 6-10ish am. It was the same thing every morning there. Then all evening random cars just cruising through the camp grounds. It’s been a couple of years since we stayed here and it wasn't this way before. Many of the lights that should come on at dark do not work. The cost to camp here has gone up quite a bit and the facilities need to be cleaned up better, repaired, and feel a little safer to support 55.00 a night.
