Harmony Hill Campground Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Harmony Hill Campground! We look forward to having you as our guest. By completing your reservation, you agree to follow all campground rules and help us maintain a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Reservations & Cancellations

  • Guests are responsible for confirming all reservation details before arrival.

  • Payment is required according to the terms provided during booking.

  • Cancellations must be made prior to arrival and may be subject to cancellation fees.

  • No refunds will be provided for early departures, weather conditions, or circumstances outside the control of Harmony Hill Campground.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 12:30 PM

  • Check-out time: 11:30 AM

  • Early arrivals and late departures require approval.

Campsites

  • Please keep campsites clean and respectful of neighboring guests.

  • Do not damage or modify campground property.

  • Trash must be placed in designated areas.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, visitors, or pets.

Internet & WiFi Use
Harmony Hill Campground provides WiFi access as a convenience for our guests. Internet speed, availability, and reliability may vary due to weather, equipment issues, service interruptions, number of users, or other circumstances outside our control.

Guests understand that use of campground WiFi is at their own risk. Harmony Hill Campground is not responsible for damage to computers, phones, tablets, smart devices, RV electronics, or other equipment resulting from internet use, power interruptions, connectivity issues, viruses, malware, unauthorized access, hacking, or cybersecurity risks.

Guests are responsible for protecting their own devices, passwords, personal information, and online activity while connected to the campground network.

Pets

  • Maximum of two (2) dogs or cats per campsite.

  • Pets must remain leashed and supervised at all times.

  • Owners must clean up after their pets.

  • Aggressive or disruptive pets are not permitted.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect other campers by limiting noise during this time.

Campfires

  • Fires are permitted only in approved areas.

  • Fires must be attended and completely extinguished when finished.

  • Fire restrictions or burn bans must be followed.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
Guests acknowledge that camping and outdoor activities include inherent risks including, but not limited to, changing weather conditions, storms, falling trees or limbs, wildlife, insects, uneven terrain, slips, falls, fires, accidents, and other natural hazards.

By entering and using Harmony Hill Campground property, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with camping and outdoor activities. Harmony Hill Campground, its owners, employees, and representatives shall not be held responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, death, theft, loss, property damage, vehicle damage, RV damage, utility interruptions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Guests are responsible for their own safety, personal belongings, vehicles, RVs, pets, children, and visitors. Guests agree to hold harmless Harmony Hill Campground, its owners, employees, and representatives from claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their stay, actions, or use of campground facilities.

Guest Conduct & Unlawful Behavior
Harmony Hill Campground is committed to maintaining a safe, family-friendly, and peaceful environment for all guests.

Unlawful activity, disorderly conduct, threats, harassment, violence, excessive disturbances, damage to property, or behavior that negatively impacts the safety and enjoyment of others will not be tolerated.

Harmony Hill Campground reserves the right to contact law enforcement and require guests or visitors involved in inappropriate or unlawful behavior to leave the property without refund.

Right to Refuse Service
Harmony Hill Campground reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate campground rules, create unsafe conditions, engage in unlawful activity, or disturb other guests.
