Great and QUIET!!! We were ther in July and you could hear ampin drop… my kind of place. Decent hedges between sites and a walk up to Jerry’s place for a beer ended the stay. Wasn’t expecting much but this park clearly takes pride in keeping everything tidy and clean. Very welcoming staff who happened to see us after hours and opened the office to check us in. Could hear the ocean from our site. Can’t wait to come back!

Noisy, a dog park was built at 7:30 am behind our site and we were not given a heads up. Not their fault, but the next morning was loud tree trimming by the city. We were not placed near friends we camped with, and one friend had an ankle sprain, so this was limiting and frustrating. Although people were arriving and leaving daily, apparently there was no other site they could move to that was closer. Park was tidy and showers were great. Some sites have very little privacy. Not much protection from beach weather so it got pretty dang cold. Store has some basic necessities, glad to have them. I would stay here again for a night driving through, but it was not comfortable or restful for a long weekend.
