Herbster Campground

This is a beautiful campsite in a great area, and I loved it so much, and I could say the same for my group that stayed with us! We will definitely be back!

Good camp hosts, clean campground, great location

We stayed in #21. We had stayed there in that same (#21) in the past and never had any problems. This time we almost were forced to move. Site 21 is actually on a hillside, not a gentle slope, a hill. We (and everyone else that ever used that campsite) would set up at the electric pedestal. But for some reason the camp host told us we were set up in #22. No one was in #22 or was scheduled to be there that night. We were only staying the one night. So we were able to stay. The Town of Clover makes very good revenue from this campground and for a couple loads of gravel site #22 would be leveled. Site #21 is not recommended, If you can sleep on a hillside maybe. You might be asked to move.
