Quiet and private. Recommend replacing water hose at dump station. It’s broken.

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

Stay was really great we enjoyed our week, one of our favorite spots to camp.

Overall very good trip, my only complaint is the water system seems to need some work due to water being muddy or maybe rusty.

Wonderful stay here. It still has the COE structure and sites in place and they are mostly private and almost all are on the water. Many of the sites are pull through and all are maintained well. The bathrooms can get out of hand depending on the guests that are staying, but the staff clean them up expediently. I found a few other sites that I would like better, but we certainly enjoyed our time and we will return! Thank you! BG

Campsites are great with beautiful views . We love the entire campground. Cassandra is the best. She is always super helpful, as well as Katlyn at the general store. We have loved Hester’s Bottoms for years and can’t wait until our next visit!!! Also a thanks to Lindsey!!

Hill was too steep to give access to lake. Site was beautiful and clean.

Hester's Bottoms is reasonably priced with spacious wooded sites creating natural shade and privacy. The WIFI was good and the park is clean. We enjoyed being in an environment surrounded by unpopulated nature, it was quiet and very relaxing.

This is our favorite campground in SC. Roomy sites, good wifi, and the staff is amazing.

Unable to have campfires due to drought and no fishing with water levels so low. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay but had issues with our A/C

Love how far apart the sites are from each other! Lots of privacy and peace and quiet!

Always clean and quiet camping! Never disappoints! Just love how dark it gets allowing the nighttime sky to show itself.

Love it! Very nice and clean. Great lake views. Great fishing and kayaking! We had a blast! The scavenger hunt was great with the kiddos. All around, a great place to camp! We will be back!

The sites are very large and private and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The water views are amazing! We camped there twice and expect to go back as soon as we can.

Wonderful campsites bordered by water and trees, relaxed management style makes for super relaxing place to go. Have to use central dump station (not at individual campsites) but that was just fine. We will define be back here.

Our wooded site was quite large with a wonderful view of the water. The campsite was quiet and very clean. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our weekend and will be visiting again!
