These units feature three large master bedrooms: Bedroom 1 includes two queen beds and a private full bath, Bedroom 2 includes one queen bed with a full bathroom shared with the living area, and upstairs you'll find a third master bedroom with one queen bed and another full bath. Every unit also includes a large upstairs bunk room that sleeps 10–12 guests with a mix of twin-over-full bunk beds and an additional shared full bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, Keurig (or equivalent), storage, cups, plates, and essential kitchen items. A dining table is set up to accommodate multiple guests, and the living room offers a comfortable space to relax with a couch and shared gathering space. During your stay, enjoy full access to resort amenities including hiking trails, volleyball and basketball courts, beach and swim areas, boat ramps, and an on-site convenience store. Hidden Cove Marina – By Suntex offers courtesy docks, marine fuel, and rentals for boats, jet skis, and party boats, while DFW Surf provides paddleboard rentals, guided tours, and yoga classes. A 24-hour staffed gate provides directions, site maps, and access assistance, with late arrivals after 8 PM (Mon–Thurs) or 10 PM (Fri–Sun) requiring at least 3 hours' notice. Each stay includes a fire pit, picnic table, and grill (varies per unit; portable grills available on request). CREDIT CARD MUST BE KEPT ON FILE. CHECK IN TIME IS 3PM AND CHECK OUT TIME IS 11AM. Conveniently located off 423 Main and the Stonebrook exit, our Tiny House Village provides a perfect blend of nature and modern amenities. These Tiny Home Cabins offer a unique camping experience with suite-style comfort. Leave the hustle and bustle behind and immerse yourself in nature - build a campfire, stargaze from your front porch, and wake up to the sight of deer grazing nearby while sipping coffee. Each cabin is thoughtfully equipped with essentials for a comfortable stay, including kitchen accessories, fresh towels, and toiletries. For additional convenience, our on-site convenience store, Hidden Cove Marina, has all your last-minute needs covered. Due to COVID-19 we have arranged designated sites for tent camping, and will be doing so moving into the foreseeable future. **THERE IS ONE TENT PER TENT SITE. EACH car will be $20 for the duration of the reservation. MUST BE 21+ TO MAKE TENT CAMPING RESERVATION. TENT CAMPING IS NOT ALLOWED ON RV SITES, YOU MUST HAVE AN RV. Not all sites are waterfront, please be sure to check on the map to verify before reservation. Truck Tent Campers will have to stay on pavement and may not be close to Tent Sites
