Water very high; we had a camping spot where we were not allowed to use the septic system; we were not told when we checked in that this was the case; we were asked to move.... Not happy!

First time there it was great 👍🏽 we had a alsome time 👍🏽

They added on to there concrete pads but made no effort to make them level. The pad was 8” out of level side to side and 12” front to back.

My stay never happened. I called a couple of weeks before my stay and tried to cancel. I explained my current situation, newly diagnosed as stage 4 pancreatic cancer, bc of my chemo treatment I wasn't going to be able to enjoy the lake activities and several hours in the sun. I was told to email Dallas, I'm thinking the manager at the park, which I did. However I never got a reply. I called and was told he would get back with me. Noone has contacted me. So I just lost all my money. I will not do business there again.

Love the updates, especially the restrooms! However, the drainage system needs some work. After heavy rains a lot of sites were very swampy. Had to step out of camper into big water puddles. But we will return… and hope for no rain!

First time camping and we had a blast! Staff very friendly. Restrooms were clean. Will definitely be back!
