The campsites running parallel with the river are ideal and will camp there again

Very nice park. We stayed in the creekside cabin. Spent a whole day tubing down flatrock river. Was awesome.. planning on returning again sometime this summer!

It was a great place to camp with family. The only issue we had were the port a potties were not cleaned out regularly.

I can't say enough good things about this campgrounds, the staff the other campers and visitors were so friendly helpful. The facilities including the shower houses and restrooms and the campground overall was impressively taking care of, modern and up-to-date. The campground store is well stocked and reasonable prices. Just had an amazing time I would recommend it to anybody tent or RV campers. The water area has lots of water toys well maintained life jackets are mandatory and furnished free of charge. Just really amazing I'm very impressed I will be back.

Not the fault of the campground, but it rained-the bugs were almost unbearable. Friendly staff and the quarry was fun to swim in when it was not raining.

Spot was good along the water, however depending on when you arrived you could have a tight spot and have to parallel park your camper. Checking in was easy around noon. Around 5 on a Friday you are going to have to wait to check in, buy firewood, or buy anything from the store. If you are already in the park parking is on the other side of the office and when people start coming to check in they park wherever and it’s impossible to get back to your site without waiting till people move. A little better direction on how to come In or having someone direct might help. We planned to kayak and where your drop your kayak is a very steep skinny hill which is very difficult to get your kayak down. Once on the water it was nice not many people on the water till you got closer to the camp ground. Overall we would consider going again.

Very clean campground, great location, awesome swimming in the quarry with the inflatables and creek stomping! One recommendation is to add street signs with directions to sites. We did 3 laps before we found our site in the field.

Love this place! The kids have a ball, there’s always something to do. River is a blast. Quarry is a blast. Karaoke is a BLAST! Nice campground. Friendly and helpful staff. Meet great people!!

Staff was extremely helpful. Park and shower houses were clean. Sites were large. Only complaint was not enough hot water for volume of users.

Well because the water was not even open and that is why we went there in the first place was for the water activities and no one told me that when I reserved the cabin or even when I got there I had to find that out the next day. It just made it very boring And we were there for my child’s birthday with her friends to celebrate.

It was a great place to relax, swim, float or fish. Will be back
