Hideaway Ponds RV Resort – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Hideaway Ponds RV Resort. We’re committed to providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. By entering the property or reserving a site or cottage, you agree to the following terms:

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-In: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out may incur additional fees.

Pet Policy

  • Pets are welcome. No breed restrictions.
  • Limit of three (3) pets per site.
  • Pets must be on a leash at all times and cleaned up after.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a one-night charge.
  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Please be respectful of fellow guests during these times.

Pool Rules

  • Open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • No one under 15 years of age permitted without adult supervision.
  • No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
  • No diving, no running, no glass containers, no smoking and no food in the pool area.

Visitors

  • Guests may invite visitors.
  • Visitor entry fee: $12 per person.
  • Visitors must depart the resort by 10:00 PM unless registered overnight.

Campfires

  • Campfires are allowed only in enclosed fire pits.
  • No fire rings or fires directly on the ground.
  • Rental fire pits are available upon request.

General Policies

  • You must be 18 years or older to rent a site or cottage.
  • Speed limit: 5 MPH throughout the resort.
  • Alcohol permitted only in enclosed containers. No Glass.
  • All cottages require a $100 refundable deposit upon check-in.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside any resort buildings or cottages.

Liability

  • Hideaway Ponds RV Resort is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or theft of personal property.
  • All guests are responsible for their actions and those of their pets and visitors.
