​Special rates and minimum stay applies during the annual Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta

 Prices subject to change without notice - rates not guaranteed until reservation is confirmed.

Guests must notify the park via email or by phone no less than 3 days prior to the reserved stay date (except during the Balloon Fiesta, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day, which reservations are non-refundable within 14 days prior to reserved stay date). By doing so, the guest shall receive any payment made less a $3.50 processing fee. There is no refund for reservations cancelled within 3 days of stay.

In the event the guest does not show without notifying the park, the guest will be charged for the first night and any other subsequent days reserved will be cancelled by the park. Guest will receive a full refund for subsequent days.
