Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to:

  • A $5 service fee (plus GST)
  • Credit card processing fees, which are non-refundable

More than 7 days before arrival:

  • 100% refund of accommodation fees and taxes (minus service + processing fees)

3 to 7 days before arrival:

  • 50% refund of accommodation fees and taxes (minus service + processing fees)

Within 72 hours of arrival:

  • No refunds available
