Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible. Please review our refund policy before booking:

• Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled arrival date for cancellations.

• Full Refunds: If you cancel 24 hours or more before your arrival, you will be eligible for a full refund — except for the $5 non-refundable booking fee.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to arrive on your scheduled date, you will be charged the full amount of your booking.

• Non-Refundable Fee: A $5 booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
