Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully.

All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 processing fee.

Cancellations made 10 days or more before the scheduled arrival date may be eligible for a refund of the reservation amount paid, less the $15.00 processing fee. Deposits remain non-refundable, with no exceptions.

Cancellations made 9 days or less before the scheduled arrival date are not eligible for a refund unless approved by management due to extenuating circumstances. If approved, Hobbs RV Park may retain up to 50% of the total reservation amount, plus the $15.00 processing fee.

Any remaining approved balance may be issued as a Camp Credit. Camp Credits must be used within 12 months of the original reservation date and are not transferable.

Refunds and credits are granted at the sole discretion of Hobbs RV Park management. No-shows, early departures, monthly reservations, and deposits are not refundable.
