Holcomb Valley Ranch — Reviews

The staff was responsive and very helpful, which is the reason for an extra star. However, RV’s should not be allowed to drive down the recommended dirt road to get to the campsite. Along with the stress driving along Polique Canyon Rd., we endured a tear in the vinyl of our closed awning from an overhanging branch. This is a beautiful and relaxing site for tent camping, but tent camping only.

Beautiful Campground. Sites are spread out. The porta potties where clean and stocked. Helpful staff. I would recommend this campground.

Amazing stay! This is our second time and will book every year!

Was a cute place to stay but difficult getting in touch with the camp and the camp host. The phone number for the camp isn’t on there website or included on the emails. Trying to email and waiting for a response isn’t feasible while driving through the mountains with very limited service. Also, was not informed on which showers had hot running water and which ones didn’t.

Beautiful spacious site! Felt very welcomed by Cowboy Ed. Lovely setting.

This place is out in the wilderness 4x4, only verizon has service. I primitive camp using a tent, they have large sites plenty of space, horses in the pasture, owls at night, howling coyotes in the morning. If your looking for primative camping or just being out in the woods this is the place. I only spent one night looking forward to spending a weekend.
