Cancellation Policy

15 days or more prior to arrival: Refund issued minus a $22 cancellation fee.

14-8 days prior to arrival: Refund issued minus a $37 cancellation fee.

7-3 days prior to arrival: A camp credit will be issued minus a $37 cancellation fee.

2 days prior to arrival or a no-show: Full reservation charges apply.

All cancellations must be made by phone with office staff during office hours. Cancellations will not be accepted via email, voicemail, or social media. Camp credits are valid for 12 months from the original booking date. Holiday reservations are non-refundable. Refunds, discounts, or prorated rates are not provided for early departures or unused nights.
