The Park itself is fine. Gravel lots, level and long. Easy set up with water, sewer, and power located together. Bath house and restroom was the trailer variety and kept spotless clean. Owners are friendly, helpful, and host events on weekends like coffee and bagels. Easy access to the Green way walking trail on the Yadkin River. Dog friendly with several meadows close by for exercise.
Noise at night was a problem. There were several residents (permanent or semi-permanent) with large deisel trucks coming and going at all hours, midnight, 2 and 3 AM. And others who were leaving for work or whatever at 5 AM. You can hear the traffic from I77, though that's not bad. The trains and sirens closer to town were, though. All in all the park was nice, owners good people, and a pleasant area. The proximity to town, trains, interstate highway, and noisy truck neighbors are the basis for my review. I stayed for a week.
