Cancellation Policy

A refund can be requested by filling out the refund request form and returning it to the drop box at the park, or emailing to hunaharvpark@cityofelginor.org. If you are due a refund, you will be refunded within 4-10 business days. Your refund will be issued by check. Refunds will not be given for bad weather, not entering promo codes, failing to show, or neglecting to read park policies prior to booking. There is no refund for early departure.
