Park Policies

Daily Information:

  • Stage 1 Fire Restrictions: Propane grills & fire pits are allowed. Wood & charcoal fires prohibited (not allowed).

  • Propane refills are available in the campground by calling (303) 900-8123.

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-In: 2:00 PM (RVs) 1:00 (Tents)

  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM

  • Tent site arrivals are not permitted after 8:00 PM to avoid disturbing other campers.

Quiet Hours

  • 9:30 PM – 7 AM

Site Changes

  • You have been assigned a specific site. If you wish to move, please check with the office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible.

Pet Policies

  • Dogs must be on a leash at all times unless in designated pet parks.

  • Please pick up after your pet. Complimentary bag stations are located throughout the park.

  • Do not leave your pet unattended. Leaving pets outside may attract mountain lions.

Trash

  • Never leave food out at night, as this will attract bears. 

  • Dispose of all trash and food waste in the dumpsters.

  • Secure all trash from wind so it does not blow into the woods.

Vehicles

  • Each reservation includes one RV/camper and one vehicle per site. Trailers, boats, and additional vehicles incur extra fees.

  • Please do not park in the road or on the mulch.

  • Please do not wash your vehicle or RV at the site.

  • Absolutely no mechanical work is permitted at the sites.

Electrical Use

  • You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using. Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided may trip the breaker.

  • To ensure a peaceful experience for all guests, generator use is prohibited throughout the campground.

Restrooms

  • Restrooms are open 24/7.

  • Non-service dogs and other animals are not permitted in shower rooms. Please do not wash your dog in the showers.

Fireworks and Firearms

  • Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park.

Respecting Nature

  • Please help us preserve the beauty of our surroundings by not picking any flowers or plants. If you come across a flower on the ground, kindly leave it where it is. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our area pristine.

 

Cancellation Policy

NO REFUNDS ONCE YOUR RESERVATION HAS STARTED - If you decide to checkout early for any reason, there will be no refund. 

Non-Holiday Weekends

  • Cancellations made 30 or more days before the reservation start date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made 7–29 days prior will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made 2–6 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation start date are nonrefundable.

Holiday Weekends

  • Cancellations made 30 or more days prior will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made 7–29 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 6 days of the reservation date are nonrefundable.
