Idaho Springs RV Campground — Reviews

The site was level, clean, nice fire pit and gorgeous shower house/restrooms. The road noise is quite noticeable but very convenient to the town of Idaho Springs.

Park was reasonably priced, new well maintained

The owners were very nice and helpful, but the stay was loud from I70 being so close, and it seemed a bit expensive overall

This is a new park and the owners continue to work on improvements. Booking and communication was easy. The heated water spigots means year round availability. Our back in site was easy to navigate and almost level. Because it is so close to I-70 you do hear traffic but once we closed our windows and doors it was minimal. It was a good place to get off the road for the night.

Only reason I did not give 5 stars is that we weren’t able to see and utilize the store due to it being closed.

The sites were clean. The showers were the best showers I’ve seen at a campground. Each stall was tiled, big, and had its own wooden door. The owners were extremely nice.

Lots of space for our set up. Dog friendly. Water and electric hookups. Toilets and showers available, brand-new, super-clean. Work in progress, so will be fun to see when the place is more finished.

Unfortunately, I was at the park before it was completely finished. I guess it will soon be a nice new park. On the downside, there will only be a noisier highway nearby… Btw.. T-mobile has poor signal there. AT&T is at 5G

Even when they had just opened, and things were not at 100%, the owners were incredible. Conveniently located off I-70 and by Idaho Springs, great place.
