Campground Rules & Regulations

Thank you for choosing to stay at Indian Head Campground. Our goal is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all guests. By signing this document, you acknowledge that you and every member of your party have read, understand, and agree to comply with the following rules and regulations.

Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate removal from the campground without a refund.

CAMPGROUND RULES

Vehicle Safety

  • The campground speed limit is 5 MPH and is strictly enforced.

  • Driving on the grass is prohibited unless specifically authorized by campground staff.

Pets

  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while in the campground.

  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately.

  • Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

Bicycles, E-Bikes, and Helmets

  • Bicycles and e-bikes must obey the campground speed limit of 5 MPH.

  • Riders under the age of 18 must wear a properly fitted helmet at all times when riding.

  • Riding after dark requires the use of appropriate lights and reflectors on the bicycle or e-bike.

Check-In Requirements

  • Every guest entering the campground must check in at the campground office upon arrival.

  • Guests who fail to check in are subject to removal from the property.

Campsites

  • Campers may occupy only the campsite assigned to their reservation.

  • Occupying another campsite is prohibited unless prior approval has been granted by campground management (such as approved buddy sites).

Bathhouses

  • Guests are required to use the bathhouse designated for the gender identified on the exterior signage.

  • Failure to comply with this policy may result in removal from the campground.

Respect & Conduct

  • Please treat fellow campers and campground staff with courtesy and respect at all times.

  • Threats, harassment, fighting, or any other disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Law enforcement will be contacted when necessary, and individuals involved may be removed from the property without a refund.

Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Please respect your fellow campers by keeping noise, music, and vehicle activity to a minimum during these hours.

Liability

Indian Head Campground, LLC is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage to personal property, accidents, or injuries occurring during your stay.

Enforcement of Rules

Campground staff reserve the right to enforce all campground rules. Guests who fail to comply with these policies or refuse to follow staff instructions will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. If necessary, law enforcement will be contacted to assist with removal.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY

By signing below, the reservation holder acknowledges that they have read and understand these rules and regulations. The reservation holder accepts responsibility for ensuring that all members of their party comply with these policies throughout their stay.
