Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Short Term Reservations:

• Reservations cancelled 3 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, minus 3% processing fee.
• Reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival will forfeit the $50 prepayment.
• No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund.

Long Term Reservations:

• Reservations cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, minus 3% processing fee.
• Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the $100 prepayment.
• No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund.
