  • Campsite Check-In begins at 2 PM on your arrival date. If you are early, we cannot guarantee that the site will be ready as we go through and clean sites after check out. Check-out policy is to have vacated your site BEFORE NOON on your day of departure. Failure to vacate by NOON will result in an automatic $25 late departure fee charged to the card on file. 

  • Yurt Check-In begins at 3 PM on your arrival date. If you are early, we cannot guarantee that the site will be ready as we go through and clean sites after check out. Check-out policy is to have vacated before 11AM on your day of departure. Failure to vacate will result in an automatic $25 late departure fee charged to the card on file.

  • **We DO NOT accept packages for guest, per guidelines of the Post Master. There is a post office on the island with general delivery**

  • Check in at the campground store until 5 PM Sun-Thurs and until 6 PM on Fri-Sat; after hours, there are instructions for self check-in on the porch of the store, follow the "late arrival" signs once you enter the campground.

  • Tents and vehicle campers (someone sleeping in a vehicle) are allowed ONLY in sites H0 - H10, G1-G20, I1, I2, J1, J2, J16 or the Primitive tent sites in I and J section. If you mis-book your reservation by manipulation of the system, as a tent or vehicle camper in an RV only site, your reservation will NOT be honored. 

  • Reservations can be changed one time without penalty up to the day before arrival. Any additional changes will incur a $10 transfer fee.

  • Two tents max per tent site.

  • All boat and utility trailers must go into storage and cannot be left on the site.

  • No use of generators allowed on the campground premises.

  • There is a $4, one time, per pet fee for all pets. Must be leashed when outside of camper and attended. Animals are not to be left unattended outside and are not to be left inside the camper unattended for extended periods of time. Clean up after any pets; there are disposal bag stations throughout the campground.

  • Any cancellation made at least 7 days prior to arrival date is subject to a $25 cancellation fee with the remaining balance refunded back to the guest. Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival date is subject to a cancellation fee that is equal to one nights stay, with any remaining balance refunded back to the guest.

  • Any "No Shows" are non-refundable. If you do not show up for your reservation or cancel in advance, the full amount of your reservation is kept by the park. 

  • Any reservation not paid in full are subject to any rate changes put in place by the Jekyll Island Authority. 

  • Quiet hours are 10PM - 7AM. Please be respectful of other campers.

  • Rates cover 6 people per site, no more than two vehicles per site. Any extra vehicles should be parked in the store parking lot.

  • Only licensed drivers, 16 years and older, can drive golf carts in the campground and on the island.

  • TRASH: All trash and refuse must be bagged. It is your responsibility to take your trash to the cans located on the map. DO NOT leave trash out at night as racoons are often present. Campsites must be kept neat and tidy and trash free. DO NOT burn trash in the fire rings.

  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by and adult at all times in the store, bathrooms and recreation areas.

  • No clotheslines allowed.

  • No pools or hot tubs of any kind are allowed on campsites.
