Outstanding facility with countless amenities

The park was great! If you have kids. Not what I was expecting. Guess I did not research well enough. Will definitely come back someday with the grand kids. Too many electric scooters and golf carts around. Made it hard to drive into and out of the park with the camper. Almost hit a few people because they were not paying attention and following traffic rules. Very frustrating!

A lot of fun for our grandkids. Tons to do and the 11 pm quiet time was enforced.

I would not stay here again nor would I ever recommend anyone to stay here. Check in time is 4pm and they will not even let you in the park before that unless you pay an early check in fee. Check out is out of cabin by 10am and you must leave the park by noon unless you pay another fee. Everything in this park felt run down and unkept. Showers with broken tile and caution tape blocking the entrance. The two waterslides they have for bigger kids were both closed the whole time we were there. The inflatable section was completely unattended. The area was suppose to open at 1pm, we tried to go after 2pm but it was still closed. We had to go ask for someone to open the area and inflate the playthings. Two of which were broken and the bounce house was full of holes in the net and rocks all over the inside. The staff running the events acted like they'd rather be anywhere else on earth instead of having to entertain children. We had an amazing experience at Jellystone in Warrens WI. That is why we tried this location. If this was the first time I ever stayed at a Jellystone I would never return!

Lots of fun activities to keep busy. The amenities are nice and clean! Would be a 5 star except staff was a bit unclear/misinformed on some activities. Fun spot to go as a family

Great place to vacation with kids (toddlers). Clean, organized, great for get together with friends and familie. Cool attractions for kiddos all day long.

The campsite and amenities were great. The entertainment/projects for the children could be improved. Attempted a few and they ran out of supplies or lacked organization.

A lot for the kids to do, but the prices are very high.

Nickeled and dimed, but super fun.

We had a great time at the park, pool, beach, and campsite. My only complaint it’s the bathrooms need a remodel of some kind. The bathroom near the campsite stalls are falling apart … literally. They had a wildly large gap. I don’t expect luxury but I also expect not to make eye contact with a little girl who can clearly see me. Some over head light in the showers would be nice but not necessary.

The cabin was nice. Everyone was helpful and nice and there are so many activities! They had vegetarian options on site, which was great. The arcade machines were 50% not working and no prizes after spending a decent amount of.money on a card it was hard to use it w how few machines were working.

When we went in May, it seemed everybody was very kind and helpful and there weren't so many strict rules. This time we couldn't ride our electric scooters, I had to pay for everything extra, was locked in if our car pass was in on our rearview mirror. And just seemed more of a crabby/ high strung situation. However we love camping here and visit about 2-3 times a year so if coarse we will be back

The Jelly Stone park is a child’s dream place. We did experience a disappointment however. My grandkids wanted to swim at the pool One last time the day we were to leave and were turned away because they didn’t have the right color wrist band even though we had a few hours before we had to check out. There were big tears and a sour experience left in their memory which made me sad for them. I relayed this to the office and they said they ran out of stickers for our welcome packet to remind us to switch colors the day before we left and someone should have reminded us but didn’t. The staff said sorry and sent me on my way. I’m wondering how this could be handled in a better way.

We had a great day this year, only three nights, but it’s always fun to visit Jellystone Caledonia in our RV. Enjoyed sitting outside by the campfire and swimming in the pool loads of kids having a blast all around you. We will be back again next year.

The park was very nice but the communication upon entering with a bigger RV, the narrow roads to get to a pull through spot that was bordered by two large boulders, and the ability to leave the same parking spot were extremely tight. First of all, your front staff, teens or not, should know whether to tell people to disconnect their towed vehicle or not. I asked and was told that I should be “just fine.” I was not. I was also informed to pull into the spot in the wrong direction. We finally were able to get the towed vehicle disconnected, but had to do it at an angle which almost bent our tow arms. The site was gorgeous, but again when leaving, the space was so tight for a turn there was no avoiding hitti g the rock coming out of the spot. I tried backing up, going forward multiple times and there was just no way around scuffing it. Site 22 ia not designed for an RV larger than 40ft, in my opinion. With that begin said the staff was always friendly, the park was fun, but that spot was too stressful with those man-made rock/boulder things next to them plus the beautiful trees. It was too much to have to navigate around to enter and exit. Please teach your front staff accepting RVs in for their stay when to advise to disconnect or not.
