My daughters went with money to decorate donuts. They each bought their own donuts and were only given enough frosting for 1. When my daughter when back up to ask for a frosting for her the workers laughed at her.. she came back to me crying her eyes out so embarrassed so confused on why they were laughing at her. She expressed she paid for her things but didn’t get all of it and they still had plenty left, and they just stared at her and laugh amongst one another, I will NOT be planning to come back to this one. Especially if this is how children are treated without their parents being there. Completely uncalled for.

Let's be clear, I had an amazing time with my family, we stayed Sunday to Sunday so 7 days. Issues I had were children and teenagers driving around on golf carts after I had to go through an approval process and wear a wristband to prove I was old enough to have one. Im not talking just one day. Everyday multiple times a day I would see kids ranging from probably 8 years old to 16 driving them around. Didn't bother me until my 3 year old almost got hit by a kid driving one and not knowing how to stop properly. Scared the crap out of us. We had such a great time. It was a shame that we had to deal with that. I would 100% go back. We loved it. My daughter got to wake up the bears every morning and put them to bed every night. She loves yogi and booboo.

Nice place. A little tight for a 43 foot bus but we did get in the spot OK. They have a lot of rules but most seem to make sense.

The campground was so cute. So many child friendly activities. Campsite was beautiful and the entire campground was so clean and well manicured. Every one(working at the campground) were so friendly and helpful. Loved the new cabins, the water park was amazing(although we didn’t use it, alittle to chilly).

Loved the location of our cabin and size of the cabin was exactly how it was described. When we showed up we did end up finding g some items from the previous renters ( which was a little gross) but all in all everything else was clean! The staff was very outgoing and engaged with our kids and us! The water park has heated water which helped on the cooler day we were there! I highly recommend to families with children of all ages due to the different areas and activities that are offered!

The cabin I was in, Cindy Bear, C9, was so clean an well maintained. I don't think I have ever stayed in a cabin that clean. Thanks!!! It was a great stay. One suggestion- it would be nice to have a regular size coffee maker. I didn't know it was only a 4 cup one so brought the wrong filters. I think most people would assume that it was a10 cup. Missed my morning coffee! Again thank you!

Had a great stay except I couldn’t get WiFi in campground

The overall camp is great, little disappointed that all of the attractions except the playground and jumping pillow were closed, there was nothing to do except enjoying the nature which can be challenging with little kids. The bears never came by, there was no option to enjoy at least outside theater which could have been open since it requires little to no staff. We will definitely come back perhaps at a different time of the year when little kids can have better experience.

We had a great time there. Everything was perfect, wonderful staff and friendly guess made it a great place to stay.
