Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be done by phone and are not accepted via email. Camping is a wonderful outdoor experience. Therefore, we do not give refunds due to the discomforts of nature, illness, or work schedules. This includes no shows and early checkouts. Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds.

Campsites: You may cancel your campsite reservation up to 2 weeks prior (14 days) to your arrival for a full refund, less a $35 booking fee, $5 reservation fee, and any site lock fees. Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to arrival forfeit all monies.

Rental Units: You may cancel your rental unit reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a full refund, less a $50 booking fee, $5 reservation fee, and any site lock fees. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit all monies.
