Jenny at the ice cream shop was fantastic. Gave me restaurant ideas since selling food beyond ice cream ended around Labor Day. She also explained all about the park to me. She was fantastic and made my short trip that much better.

My Family had a blast and we will definitely stay again

The pool and jump pad was closed durning our stay. We would have picked somewhere else to go if we knew that a head of time.

The staff is great. The Cozy Cabins are showing their age with some wear and tear. The resort needs a minor facelift then it would get the 5th star. Pool is not heated. Jump pillows were not operable. No cable or wifi in cabins. No cell reception or wifi unless by the Ranger Station Bring a fan to circulate the AC. The loft and bedroom stayed hot.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your campground. We had reservations for Site 345 from June 28 through July 7, but due to the overall conditions of the park, we chose to leave early on the morning of July 4. We selected your campground because it is marketed as a family friendly destination. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect that expectation. Throughout our stay, the park appeared poorly maintained. There was trash scattered throughout the grounds, including half-eaten sandwiches, pepperoni slices, smashed mini liquor bottles, and dog waste. These conditions created an unpleasant environment and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property. We also observed numerous adults repeatedly walking directly through our campsite, showing little respect for campers’ personal space. In addition, it was common to see individuals who appeared to be intoxicated operating golf carts throughout the campground, creating what we felt was an unnecessary safety risk. The smell of marijuana was also pervasive throughout the park for much of our stay. The pool area was equally disappointing. The water was noticeably cloudy, popsicle wrappers and other trash were left around the pool deck, and adults were floating on inflatable tubes in the toddler splash pad without any apparent enforcement of the rules. Most concerning was the lack of attentiveness from the lifeguards assigned to the water slides. On multiple occasions, they stood together talking amongst themselves rather than actively monitoring the children using the attractions. As a parent, that was extremely unsettling. We understand that no campground is perfect and that busy holiday weekends present additional challenges. However, basic cleanliness, safety, and supervision should never be compromised, especially at a campground that promotes itself as a family destination. Regrettably, this experience fell far below our expectations and ultimately caused us to cut our vacation short. We ended up finding another Jellystone that promotes itself as a family friendly park and absolutely lives up to that expectation. I hope you will take these concerns seriously and address them so that future families receive the experience your marketing promises. I would appreciate a response regarding how these issues will be addressed and whether any consideration will be given for the portion of our reservation we were unable to use because we felt compelled to leave early.

Lots of activities to do. The kids loved it - pool, fireworks, tie-dye, slides. Very quiet at night for how big and full it was! Definitely rent a golf cart.

we lived in house number ss08. everything was great until nightfall. at night we noticed that there were bed bugs living in the bed, this means that the staff of this campsite does not check the condition of their houses before the arrival of guests. I am very sorry that this spoiled the impression of your campsite. Also, there is no network on the territory, so I would like your campsite to take care of this, the website indicates that the house has a TV but in reality it has no signal. I was recommended your campsite as the best place to relax but it seems that was many years ago

Everything was great - only suggestion is that the wibit swim island should be a flat fee for the day- not $20 every 50 minutes - that’s all

The grounds, facilities, and staff were all great! We stayed in a delux cabin, next door to our sisters and their kids and had a great cousins weekend. It was fun going in an and out of each other places. The Cabins were very clean and looked new. The amenities were great, including smart TVs and a microwave. I would recommend bringing kitchen towels for meal clean up/washing dishes.

Large campground. We left it up to them to pick our site. We noticed that it was the furthest it could possibly be away from all the attractions. We asked to be moved closer and they accommodated without any issues. Everyone was friendly. Main roads are paved and the rest are well maintained gravel. Dumpsters/trashcan are no where in site. They allow trash to be put out at the side of the road any time of day, so there are plenty of seagulls. Lake obstacle course is $10/pp for the small kid course and $20/pp for the large course. The lake water smelled really gross so we opted out. The kids off roading track is $10/pp for 10 minutes. Our kids had fun with that. Personally, I dont think attractions should be extra. We are already paying a resort fee. The pool water was perfect temp and being under 4 feet deep was great for us. The water slides were tons of fun too. We love to do the crafts and events, but chose not to this time because the prices were higher than other jellystones we've been to. I wanted to buy a hoodie and it had a $52 price tag with a $60 placed slightly over. Thats when my husband and I decided not to spend any more money and enjoy what was included.

Staff was great. Used the early check in and late check out for extra time. A lot of activities available for the kids. A friday-Sunday didn't feel long enough.
