Refund Policy

If you call 10 days before the day of the reservation you can get a refund minus a $30 cancellation fee per site or do a credit for a future reservation that expires 1 year from the issue date. If you cancel within 10 days it is non refundable.

Online Booking Fee: If you booked online and need to cancel your reservation, your booking fee is not able to be refunded.
