There were some folks with tents near our site. The Park Ranger communicated with us several times, even offering her personal phone number for after hours. She was great!

Nice flat spaces, lots of room in each site. Great area for exploring the trails.

Increased rates. 35 dollars and some change for 1 night of camping and there’s no electricity, water or at least a dump station. So at about 36$ you can stay a night in a sand pit. But first you can’t even park because there’s an empty atv trailer sitting there for 6 hours on a glacier trip. So then you buy another spot because your not gonna just sit there with your 30 ft camper 2 kids 3dogs and wait for a trailer to be moved so you can go riding with your kids. Been going to Jim creek and camping for the last 4 years. Bring the prices back to 20$ and instead of having Karen drive around every couple hours put a damn check in/out booth at the entrance/exit. Idk how the land fills have a better tracking system of who comes and goes than a trail head that’s been receiving payments for parking for how long?

a couple of riders kept circling the camp road with excessivly loud 4 wheelers. normal exhaust sound ones were OK, but the ones that kept circling was annoying.

Allow people to double in spots. Just have them pay an extra fee, it would make the campground more money.

The campground was tidy and regularly patroled. We had a terrific stay. It's a popular place for wheeling and riding, and is next to a race track, so it can be noisy during the day and early evening in the summer.
