You as a renter are responsible for any and all damages or loss of content inside or outside rental: fire ring, picnic table and BBQ. Resort owner or employees are not responsible for any loss or damage that is done to personal property or bodily injury while on resort property.Camp fires in fire ring only are permitted unless we are under a fire ban.11pm to 7 am is quiet time. Damage will be repaired and billed to me as the renter. All pets will be on a physical  leash at all times. No Doing laps or excesive driving of: Motorcycle, Golf carts, UTV, and ATV, around cabin area, R.V. area, or tent area. Speed limit on all motorized vehicle on resort property is 10 MPH.
