Las Quintas Oasis RV Resort (Age Restricted 55+)

The park was clean. Management and other capers were friendly and there were lots of activities.

I asked for a pull through, booked in early November. I was texted twice saying they canceled me. Both times I called and asked why they canceled , they said oops no worries, I would still get my spot #53. I needed and specified a pull through. I also asked if I got there a few days late because of snow, would I still get my spot and was told of course I would get pull through 53. The office was closed when I arrived so on Monday I went to check in. The very rude lady, Pam, asked me why I was in 53. She asked me if I always just pull into a rv park and choose whatever spot want. I never got an apology. A fifth wheel got 53 because they were staying 3 months and I was only stay January 3rd to the 31st. So they moved me to a back in, had to drop the trailer I was hauling and the maintenance man offered to back it in. He turned to sharp and caused damage to my RV. I never said anything because he was nice and I didn’t want to get him into trouble. We were right next to the frontage road and freeway. It was so loud. I will never stay there again and I will make sure all my rv friends know not to stay there. I have been RV ing for 10 years now. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I was given a small refund. Then Cynthia , the manager, tried to explain why I didn’t get the pull through that I already paid for in early November . What is the point to call and make reservations and specify needing a pull through or a back into if they don’t listen. I was going to a different park but couldn’t because they didn’t have pull throughs. That’s why I chose La Quinta Oasis. Never again!!

Very clean, site level. Utilities located in back half of site, had to disconnect towed in order for macerator hose to reach.
