Everything was wonderful, staff, location and environment

Oh we loved this place! Probably one of the nicest ones we have stayed at our time in Canada. One of the most idyllic and peaceful places we found. We were also lucky getting a spot under the trees close to the river swimming hole running past the campsite. The facilities were the best ones we had. Lovely made showers and washrooms. Firewood is available and a little shop with essentials and even campsite merch was there as well. We got the feeling that this is a bit of a local tip. Not many other oversea tourists but many campers from around the area. We just loved it.

My two kids 15 and 9 and myself had a great time at Lahave River Campground, we Tented and the site had water and a electricity, so bring a power cord and a hose, it will make clean up easy and you’re able to charge all your devices in your tent. The bathroom on site is very nice and clean with 4 showers! Walking trails to the river! Pool table and arcade game (1$ each to play) a basketball court and a playground! They have everything you need to have a wonderful time with family! With beautiful views and really nice camp sites! Definitely one of the provinces nicest and affordable campsites around! I would highly recommend! Also the staff is great and very friendly!! We will be making this a yearly tradition! Thanks Lahave River campground!!! You guys are awesome!

Camp site was small, had a slope on it , and ground was very damp Everything g was 5 star plus

Found the campground to be friendly and very accommodating. Definitely family friendly and knows how to celebrate! Wonderful time!

Always a pleasure staying at this campground. Very clean very professional and always such a great time. The owners actually talk to you like a human being, not just another person staying there. Can’t wait for my next trip back

staff was super friendly. cabin was clean and perfect for our stay. bathrooms were very cleanly and modern, store had lots of goodies and ice cream! we will be back<3

Just a lovely spot. The washrooms and showers were clean and well looked after. Christmas in July was fun. The office staff made us feel welcomed and we loved the entertainment Saturday night. The band called “the dunched” was awesome. Our first time at LaHave river - we will be back.
