We have always loved bonham! Bathrooms are super nice and clean, not really a bad camping spot in the whole park. Like the smaller lakes and it’s close to home!

The campsite is always so nice and clean. My kids are able to roam and me not worry about them. I do wish fishing was open after 10 especially if you are paying to camp, but I do understand why they do that.

It was a nice concrete slab and nice playground for kids. Very disappointed that we had to share a water spicket with another campsite. We did not have a splitter, we had to go buy one! Also, no fire ring for our campfire.

Our stay was very pleasant but I do have one complaint..... I rented 3 spots for last weekend and I was in the middle one, spot 44 and for some reason the ground stayed saturated around the picnic table and had the most fowl smell almost like raw sewage all 3 days but other than that the park was very well kept and enjoyed our weekend.

I very much enjoyed the location and fun atmosphere. The bathroom closest to the screened in shelter had small stalls as in could not even close the door as sitting down, knees did not fit. Quiet hours were not enforced. Neighbors had music playing well past midnight both nights.
