The campsite was nicely tree covered, but there was not a piece of grass anywhere to be found. The land did not have a flat space to sit a chair. The pad for the camper had a 4" step down to the dirt that you had to be very careful that you didn't fall or turn your ankle every time you left your camper. Would I stay there again? Yes, I supposes I would.

We really liked our campsite. Lot's of trees, spacious and quiet. We didn't get a chance to put the Kayaks in the water however it looked like nice smooth water around the shoreline.

Some spots are not level be prepared and Bathrooms are horrible…would highly consider updating scissortail lane restroom facilities with showers would be nice.

We apologize that you found less than desirable conditions in the Scissortail vault toilets. We strive to stay on top of cleanliness by a daily cleaning. Sometimes it just takes one person to give a guest a bad experience. We do have a full TRAILHEAD restroom facility that has full shower facilities, electricity and toilets. Campsites are very nicely kept. Picnic tables have seats with high backs. The kids had a great time fishing. Fire ring was badly bent in on one side, but everything else was great. Loved the view of the lake. This is a very muddy lake, typical in Oklahoma. Check out the website, there is a very nice equestrian area and great riding trails. Also has a camp store, fishing shack and swim beach with Playstation and shades over picnic tables. We were even impressed with the dump station which had 3 separate locations for dumping. The whole campground and park was pristine and well mowed. We'll done OSU!

The cabin was perfect for our weekend stay in Stillwater. It was so cute and cozy, clean, and had a great view. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and playing some games. We will definitely stay there again.
