Ways to Pay

Payments
Short-Term Guests: Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
Long-Term Guests: The first full month’s rent must be paid at the time of booking; access to the park will not be granted until this payment is received.
Monthly Payments: Subsequent monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments not received in full by the 3rd of the month will incur a $35 late fee.
RV Policies
Check in is at 2PM CST and Check out is 12PM
You do not need to contact the office for check out.
Late check-ins are allowed at any time, please just contact the park for instructions.
If you are staying in our park for a month or longer, we require an agreement to be signed. Please contact park for more details.
Site Changes
You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move please check with the office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.
Site and Park Navigation
Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground.
Pet Policies
Leash
We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times. This helps you, your pet, and other guests and other guests’ pets stay safe. Please Clean up after your pets immediately.
Buildings and Pool Area
Pets are not allowed in the buildings. County code laws do not allow pets in our building or pool area. Please do not tie your pet to our trees, doors, or posts. Pets are also not allowed on our playground.
Leaving Pets Unattended
Pets may not be left unattended in our park. Please do not tie your pet to a tree and leave. Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet as many factors including weather, power outages, etc. can affect your pets well-being while you are away.
Pet Vaccinations
Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park. Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date. Please provide a copy upon entering the campground.
Barking
Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund.
Vehicle Policies
Speed Limit
The park speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave immediately with no refund. Safety is our number one priority for our guests.
The use of ATVs (all-terrain vehicles), UTVs (utility task vehicles), side-by-side vehicles, off-road vehicles, dirt bikes, and any other non-street-legal motorized vehicles is strictly prohibited on park property. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the park without refund. Golf carts are permitted on park property; however, all operators must hold a valid driver's license and adhere to the park speed limit of 5 MPH at all times. Violation of golf cart policies may result in loss of golf cart privileges and/or immediate removal from the park without refund.
Parking
Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 2 vehicle per site unless noted.
General Park Policies
Severe Weather
In case of severe weather, seek shelter in the bathrooms. We love pets, so please bring them with you and please do not leave them in your RV during severe weather warnings.
Electrical Use
You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in your RV. Amp usage over the 30 AMPs OR 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay.
Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.
Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Policy
Guests are strictly prohibited from charging electric vehicles (EVs) using any outlets or electrical pedestals within the campground, including through charging adapters provided by dealerships or third parties. Our electrical infrastructure is not designed or rated for continuous EV charging, and doing so poses a safety hazard and risks damage to our systems.
Any guest found charging an EV will be subject to immediate disconnection and may be held financially responsible for any resulting damages. Repeated or intentional violations may result in removal from the property without refund.
Excessive Water Use Policy
To conserve water and maintain the quality of our utility systems, guests are not permitted to wash cars, RVs, or other vehicles on park property. Use of hoses, pressure washers, or portable wash services is also prohibited unless expressly approved by management.
Excessive water use may result in additional charges or removal from the property.
Laundry
The laundry room is open 24/7. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft. You must bring your own quarters.
Restrooms
For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with exception of a temporary closing for cleaning once per day. We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean, please.
Pool
In place of on-site supervision, this facility has established safeguards that all guests must follow. We are required to inform you of these rules, maintain water rescue equipment at the pool or beachside, and ensure the swimming area is kept sanitary.
For your safety and the safety of your guests, please follow the rules posted at the entrance and outlined below. If you have questions, management will be happy to assist you.
SAFETY RULES
Never swim alone. A minimum of two adults (18 years or older) must be present whenever the facility is in use. At least one adult must remain on the pool deck or beachfront.
There is no substitute for adequate supervision. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.
In an emergency, notify the facility operator and contact help immediately. A free telephone is available. Emergency medical numbers are posted.
Use the facility only during posted hours and swim only in designated areas.
Do not consume alcohol while swimming.
Safety is everyone’s responsibility. Report any concerns about water quality or missing safety equipment to management immediately.
Quiet Time Policies
Quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM. Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.
Trash Disposal
There are dumpsters located at the entrance/exit of the campground. Please see the site map.
Children
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Horseplay, running, or diving in the pool is not permitted. Riding bicycles without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests. The playground, and pool close at dark. Anyone under the age of 16 must be back at their site by 10pm.
Fireworks and Firearms
Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibiting of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibiting of firearms includes all guns including air soft, BB, and pellet guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Repairs
Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park. We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs.
Safety and Emergencies
Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all monthly guests. This information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies. We never give personal information out to others.
If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call (518) 643-9057 24 hours a day. (No soliciting is allowed.)
By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Lake Champlain RV Resort & Campground for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lake Champlain RV Resort & Campground from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Lake Champlain RV Resort & Campground may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Property reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.
Your site is for personal use only. No subleasing - registered guests only.
You may not sell goods or services to campers without written permission from management
Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Lake Champlain RV Resort & Campground nor its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.
The management reserves the right to evict any guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
Guest also agrees to pay any and all fees associated with their reservation, and if left unpaid, management can charge the guests' on-file credit card for any remaining balance.
