The staff was great

Campground is run as a for-profit business. There were a LOT of campers, and rv spaces were small and close together. However, we met our neighbors and made some new friends, so it was a very social, very enjoyable weekend. Sad to see lake level so low, but still fun to be on the water.

I was recommended this spot per your staff and was thrilled with the spot!!! Also the staff member whom drove around and checked on us was extremely helpful and informative!! Her husband even came to help us hook our popup on! Definitely wonderful staff!! Just wish it wasn’t so windy the whole time we were there but that’s Mother Nature and will be going back in a few weeks!!!!

It was a lovely stay, but the campsites are very close together. We weren’t aware of just how close together they are when we booked the stay. Other than that, it was a beautiful area.

Clean, friendly staff that always checked up on you.

TONS of barking dogs! Even the employees with dogs on their golf carts allowed their dogs to bark at the guests..It was very disturbing. As well, when I was walking my dog, an unleashed dog came charging and barking at me. Thank goodness the owner of the dog came running and contained it before my dog or I were harmed. Aside from all of that, the campground is clean and the Camp Host; Bill Dalton was very friendly and informative. It was so nice to have personal interaction with the campground host!

Lake Hemet Camp ground was a wonderful place to visit for our family get together. Camp Host Bill Dalton was wonderful also. He made sure we had what we needed. Course we were prepared for our trip but he kept checking up on us! Great guy! Camp ground was clean. Loved having a fire pit at each site! Some places don't have a pit at each site. Would go back! Thank you for the great experience for our first visit! Lori

Staff was friendly and helpful, camp grounds clean and well maintained

We had a wonderful stay. The camp host, Bill made it even better. He was amazing. He checked in with us a couple times and made sure we had everything we needed. We have been to many campgrounds but seriously Bill was made it exceptional. Thank you!

Beautiful lake! Caught Trout for dinner. Clean and well kept campground. Friendly camp host. Felt safe the whole time. I would stay again!!.

We were beyond impressed with our accommodations during our stay at Lake Hemet. We rented the Trout Pines trailer, and the amenities provided exceeded our expectations. Everything from towels and toiletries to pots, pans, and utensils was provided, even beyond what one might expect from a rental trailer. Every facility that we used, including the general shower/restroom area, during our stay was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Every staff member we met was courteous and asked about our stay. We would suggest an improvement with the check-in at the gate by having at least one employee equipped to direct traffic into the line dedicated to those who prepaid their reservation online or by phone so those clients could be processed more quickly. Any extenuating situations should be handled away from the check-in booth. We look forward to returning to the Lake Hemet Campground!
