Cancellation Policy

Cancellations (Email Only)
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to frontdesk@lakelacroixrv.com. or by Phone call.

  • 14+ days before arrival: Full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.

  • 14–3 days before arrival: Deposit credited to your account for use within one year.

  • Less than 3 days before arrival (after 2:00 PM): Deposit is retained; credit applies only if cancellation is received before 2:00 PM, three days prior to arrival.

Reservation Modifications

  • Date changes are free if requested at least 24 hours before check-in.

Monthly Reservations (20+ Days)

  • Must be cancelled or modified 30 days in advance.

  • Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the full deposit (no exceptions).

Holidays & Special Events

  • Cruising the Coast and Fourth of July require 14-day written notice or phone call.

  • Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit.

Weather, Early Departures & Force Majeure

  • No refunds for weather, early departures, acts of nature, or eviction.

  • Exception: FEMA-mandated hurricane evacuation.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to arrive within 24 hours without notice results in forfeiture of all deposits.

  • Guests remain responsible for any unpaid balance, which may be charged to the card on file.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method unless a reservation credit is requested (valid for one year).
