Refund Policy

The best part of outdoor adventure is being outside! We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine.There will also be no refunds for failure to follow the Rules & Regulations or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. 

 

Cancellation outside of ten (10) days is allowed a refund minus a $20.00 cancellation fee or a rain check (credit for one (1) year) for the full amount.

Cancellation inside of ten (10) days is not allowed a refund or rain check (credit).
