Guest Rules 

Welcome! Please follow these rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

Children & Safety

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Children under 16 must wear helmets and have parental supervision when riding or operating ATVs, UTVs, or motorbikes.

  • Children under 16 are not permitted to operate golf carts.

  • NO TENTS.

  • Resort speed limit is 10 MPH — drive slowly and carefully.

Campers/Recreational Vehicles

  • All campers/recreational vehicles must be Recreational Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA)-approved units.

ATVs, UTVs & Motorbikes

  • ALLOWED ONLY TO BE OPERATED BETWEEN YOUR CAMPSITE AND TRAIL ACCESS ENTRANCE LOCATED ACROSS FROM GATE HOUSE AT FRONT OF CAMPGROUND TO ACCESS TRAILS.

  • NOT PERMITTED TO USE PUBLIC ROAD/CAMPGROUND ENTRANCE TO ACCESS TRAILS OR TO RETURN FROM TRAILS.

  • NOT PERMITTED TO BE OPERATED FOR ANY OTHER TRAVEL WITHIN THE CAMPGROUND INCLUDING TO POOL, BATHROOMS, ETC.

  • NOT PERMITTED TO BE OPERATED AFTER DUSK.

  • VIOLATIONS OF ANY OF THE ABOVE MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL WITHOUT REFUND.

Quiet Hours

  • Mon–Thu: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

  • Fri–Sat: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

  • NO LOUD NOISE, ATVS, UTVs, OR MOTORBIKES DURING QUIET HOURS.

Alcohol & Conduct

  • ALCOHOL ALLOWED AT YOUR CAMPSITE ONLY AND MUST BE USED RESPONSIBLY.

  • DRUNKENNESS, LOUD PARTIES, ILLEGAL DRUGS, VIOLENCE, OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL WITHOUT REFUND.

Swimming Pool

  • Open from 10:00 a.m. until dusk.

  • No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk.

  • No diving.

  • Children under 18 must be supervised.

  • NO SMOKING, FOOD, BEVERAGES (OTHER THAN WATER), ALCOHOL, OR GLASS ALLOWED IN POOL.

  • NO ALCOHOL OR GLASS ALLOWED IN POOL AREA.

  • No swimming after dusk.

Pets

  • 2 pets MAXIMUM

  • Pets must be on a 6-foot leash at all times.

  • No unattended pets.

  • Keep pets quiet and in designated areas.

  • Clean up immediately.

  • LOOSE PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Overflow & Compliance (Campsite Capacity):

Each campsite accommodates one (1) RV/camper, one (1) vehicle, and one (1) trailer only. All items must fit within the campsite boundaries. If your equipment does not fit within one campsite, you must rent an additional campsite or use designated overflow parking (additional fees apply). Unauthorized parking outside campsite boundaries may result in towing.

Parking & Vehicles

  • Park only in your assigned campsite.

  • Do not park on grass, other sites, or block roads.

  • No washing vehicles or campers without approval.

Trash & Cleanliness

  • Bag trash and use designated dumpsters.

  • No trash left overnight or after checkout (wildlife hazard).

  • Keep your site clean and litter-free.

Smoking

  • No smoking in any buildings.

  • Dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Property Care

  • Do not cut or damage trees or plants.

Liability Disclaimer

Lake Oklawaha RV Resort and private lot owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage involving renters, guests, pets, vehicles, ATVs, UTVs, motorbikes, or personal property. Renters assume full responsibility for their actions and those of their guests.

If you are bringing ATVs, UTVs, or motorbikes, and plan to ride in the Ocala National Forest, please go directly to the forestry website to purchase the appropriate permit.
