Cancellation Policy

NIGHTLY RESERVATIONS

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will receive a refund of

amounts paid, less a $25 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable.

No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

WEEKLY RESERVATIONS

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a refund of

amounts paid, less a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Once a weekly stay has begun, there are no refunds for early departure or unused nights.

WEATHER

Normal rain, wind, heat, cold, or other seasonal weather conditions are not grounds for a

refund.

If the Park is closed or the reserved site is unavailable due to a mandatory evacuation,

government order, utility failure, or condition that makes the site unusable, management may

issue a refund or credit for the affected dates.

RESERVATION CHANGES

Reservation changes are subject to availability. A change in arrival date does not automatically

avoid the cancellation policy.

NO-SHOWS

Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and do not contact management will be

considered a no-show. The reservation may be cancelled and all payments forfeited.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be returned to the original method of payment whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

By making a reservation, Guest acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation Policy.

Reservation confirmation language: "Please review our cancellation policy before submitting payment.

Payment confirms acceptance of the policy."
