Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be given for inclement weather.

Cancellations occurring prior to 7 days of reservation will receive full amount, minus $25 admin fee, as a reservation credit. All reservation credits must be used within 12 months of date of issue. No cash refunds.

Cancellations occurring within 7 days prior to the start of the reservation will result in a full forfeiture of payment. All refunds will be returned in the form of a reservation credit, good for reservations created within a year from date issued. Please understand this before booking.

NO SHOWS forfeit entire amount.

Please understand that we schedule staff and plan activities based on reservations. We cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules or other situations affecting our guests and therefore, we adhere to our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances.
