The site was very unlevel. The directions from camp spot are wrong, don't use the link, Google for Lazy Fish.

For the price, this place is amazing - beautiful view, great play and fishing areas! Only 4 stars because the WI-FI was completely blocked out by a camper next to us - so maybe put the router / booster on a higher post. It was advertised as having wi-fi so this was a disappointment. Also, we did not have any phone service, hence we could not use our hotspot data. The small restaurant and bar looked great. We did not try the food, but was I saw looked really good!! Also, the dump station was rather touchy and if you let the water out of the tank to fast, it would back up.

A neat, quiet camp. The grounds do need some attention to ruts and holes in the non-paved areas. One huge issue is the lack of signage! Our GPS was not real helpful in locating the camp after we left I-94, but there is no excuse for having no signage of any kind on any of the highways (281/52) leading to the camp. And once we “guessed” to proceed down 28th road, there was still nothing except dead end signs! I’m pulling a large RV and I get nervous pulling down a narrowing road with no assurance (like a sign!) that I’m proceeding correctly. Please help out future first-time campers to your park.

Everything matches its description. I enjoyed a quiet week working from "home" sitting by a beautiful reservoir, walking the beach daily. The restaurant has American food choices and beverages, indoor and outdoor seating, and music. You can rent paddle boards and kayaks. The showers are older but fully functional - no complaints - it's so nice to have a hot shower available that's not draining your own tanks. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. It started to get busier toward the weekend and on the evenings the restaurant was open. Bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent. A lovely place, very affordable and worth the cost.

The cabin is comfortable. The language from the cornhole game at the Lazy Fish was sometimes colorful. Told the kids they are not to use those words.
