Got in here late but was a simple place to stop for the night. would recommend

Nice quiet park we did not expect so many mosquitoes! But we enjoyed our short stay

A neat, quiet camp. The grounds do need some attention to ruts and holes in the non-paved areas. One huge issue is the lack of signage! Our GPS was not real helpful in locating the camp after we left I-94, but there is no excuse for having no signage of any kind on any of the highways (281/52) leading to the camp. And once we “guessed” to proceed down 28th road, there was still nothing except dead end signs! I’m pulling a large RV and I get nervous pulling down a narrowing road with no assurance (like a sign!) that I’m proceeding correctly. Please help out future first-time campers to your park.

Someone went around stealing drinks out coolers.

Everything matches its description. I enjoyed a quiet week working from "home" sitting by a beautiful reservoir, walking the beach daily. The restaurant has American food choices and beverages, indoor and outdoor seating, and music. You can rent paddle boards and kayaks. The showers are older but fully functional - no complaints - it's so nice to have a hot shower available that's not draining your own tanks. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. It started to get busier toward the weekend and on the evenings the restaurant was open. Bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent. A lovely place, very affordable and worth the cost.

The cabin is comfortable. The language from the cornhole game at the Lazy Fish was sometimes colorful. Told the kids they are not to use those words.

Like modern rest rooms urs need improvement and better cleaning ! Also no wifi available from campground spots !

bathrooms and showers questionable

Location was lovely, site was nice, bathrooms/showers a bit sketchy. Biggest issue was that no staff were present. No one to check in with or ask a question. Our visit was fine, but a bit weird.
