We reserved and paid for a Full Hookup campsite for 26 nights. Upon arrival, we discovered that the site assigned to us, 023, was already occupied by another camper. For that night, we parked in a vacant site and contacted the office the following morning. At that time, we were told we could remain in the site where we had parked, (it was in the last row in the middle, I believe #43 or #42) for the duration of our stay. However, we soon discovered that the site was not a Full Hookup site. We called the office again to ask whether another Full Hookup site was available, since that was the service we had paid for. We were informed that no Full Hookup sites were available at that time and they did not know when one would be available. After discussing our options, we determined that staying without Full Hookup service would not work for our situation. We contacted the office once more and requested an early checkout for the following day rather than completing our originally scheduled stay. We were advised that we would receive a refund for the unused portion of our reservation because the campground was unable to provide the accommodations we had purchased. We also informed the office that we were willing to pay the Full Hookup rate for the first night and that night, even though we were not provided a Full Hookup site. When we asked whether any additional paperwork was required for the checkout and refund process, we were told that no further action was needed and that everything would be processed electronically. As of today's date, we have not received any refund.

We rented a spot and it showed that almost every site was available. We were passing through late at night so the office was closed when we booked through here. When we pulled in not only was our site occupied, but so were practically all the other sites as well. Thankfully we were just passing through so we parked in an open lot and were out first thing in the morning. We emailed the host & never heard back. Good location however for travelers as it’s right next to the highway.
