The management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries or loss from any cause, including catastrophic acts of nature.  We maintain a no refund policy.

Legends RV Resort will not tolerate any disorderly conduct or offensive activity of any sort that could interrupt and/or adversely affect the enjoyment of other park guests. In the event of such activities, the parties responsible for such activities will be required to leave the park immediately, without a refund.

INDEMNITY AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Guests shall indemnify and hold owner harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from any and all damages or injuries caused by fire, wind, water, civil strife, or acts of God, owner and/or customer actions or infractions (or those of their employees, agents, or invitees), or any other related to customer’s use or occupation of the RV site and/or park premises. 

CRIMINAL TRESPASS LAW

ACCORDING TO TEXAS PENAL CODE SECTION 30.05, (a) A Person commits an offense if the person enters or remains on or in property of another, including residential land, agricultural land, a recreational vehicle park, a building, or an aircraft or other vehicle, without effective consent and the person:

  1. Had notice that the entry was forbidden; or

  2. Received notice to depart but failed to do so.

THEFT OF SERVICE LAW

ACCORDING TO TEXAS PENAL CODE SECTION 31.04 (b), any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. We are providing service hook-ups for your  RV. We require full payment in advance and will prosecute any violations under the “THEFT OF SERVICE LAW”. 

DEPOSIT POLICY

The electricity deposit will be applied to the last electric bill upon guests departure and any remaining deposit amount will be refunded to the guest provided the site was left in good/clean condition and no damage was caused.

LATE PAYMENTS

A late payment fee of $15 per day will be applied  the day after initial payment is due and for 3 days after. After 3 days of non-payment, guests will be asked to vacate the premises.

Failure to vacate the premises will result in an issuance of  criminal trespassing and RV and vehicles will be towed at owner or operator’s  expense.  

AFFIRMATION

AS A GUEST OF LEGENDS RV RESORT, I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THESE RULES AS WELL AS ANY  ATTACHED REGULATIONS. I ALSO AGREE TO VACATE THE PREMISES AT THE REQUEST OF MANAGEMENT IF I VIOLATE THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS, WITHOUT A REFUND OF ANY PREPAID FEES. THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A LANDLORD/TENANT AGREEMENT. PAYMENT FOR SITES IS ENTIRELY FOR SERVICES RENDERED UNDER A HOST/GUEST ARRANGEMENT.

Park Rules Agreement

  1. Any guests/visitors over the age of 18, staying longer than 48 hrs needs to be added to the site service agreement and must complete a background check. 

  2. QUIET Time is 9:00 pm to 8:00 am

  3. Speed Limit is 10 mph. Strictly enforced.

  4. Disorderly conduct, rude or abusive language or behavior is strictly prohibited.

  5. No tents or sleeping outside of RV

  6. Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

  7. Fishing is allowed - Pond is catch and release - USE CAUTION - Children under 14 need a parent/guardian present. THE WATER IS VERY DEEP AND BEWARE OF SNAKES.

  8. Pets are welcome. All dogs must remain on a leash at all times when outside your RV. Pets are not allowed in any of the buildings at any time. Pets are not to be left tied up or left in a pen outside unattended. Pets are limited to two per site. Aggressive breeds are prohibited. You are responsible for picking up after your pet no matter if it is in your yard or in a designated pet area.

  9. Please keep your site clean and litter free.

  10. No smoking allowed in any of the buildings. Cigarette butts are litter! If you smoke, please keep your cigarette butts picked up.

  11. No loud radios or stereos outside.

  12. Power amplifiers may not be used in the park at any time.

  13. No generators, window units, tarps on roofs. Vehicles and RV’s need to be in good physical condition. 

  14. Maximum of 2 a/c’s running at the same time. 

  15. No working on vehicles allowed. 

  16. Laundry facility. Please wash on designated days and limit use to 2 washers or 2 dryers at a time.. Even numbered sites wash on even days (example: Site #2 may wash on the 2nd, 4th, 6th ect.) Odd sites wash/dry on odd days of the month.

  17. No clotheslines.

  18. Please do not place any items on the grass. No spikes are to be drilled, or digging and no parking on the grass.

  19. The use of fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited.

  20. A 90-degree airtight sewer adapter must be used by all residents. Sewer drain hose must be supported off the surface of the ground and all connections must be leak free.

  21. Trash may be securely bagged and placed outside near your driveway between the hours of 6-8am for pick up; outside of this time, garbage is to be bagged, secured and placed in the dumpster. Please break down cardboard boxes. No trash bags overnight are to be set outside of your RV.

  22. Park your vehicle inside your designated area, and please do not use your neighbor’s parking area or any available sites.

  23. Please keep driving lanes clear of obstruction at ALL times to accommodate RV’s or emergency vehicles leaving and entering the park.

  24. No boats or open trailers allowed at site. 

  25. RV needs to be in good condition, “clean” and free of mold at all times. 

  26. Open fires are not permitted at any time. Outdoor Fire pits that are elevated and completely screened in, as well as charcoal or gas grills are acceptable.


Please be aware that RV breakers/park breakers commonly overheat or trip, primarily during the hot summer months, and this could cause serious injury or death in unattended pets and/or people due to extreme temperatures. We strongly advise that you have something in place to alert you if this happens.

Pool Rules Acknowledgment 


  • The pool is for our registered guests and registered visitors only, no exceptions.

  • No pets are allowed in the pool area.

  • The pool will close during bad weather. 

  • Use Caution at all times, NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

  • Please obey all posted pool rules and ensure that your children do also.

  • No children under the age of 16 allowed in the pool area without an adult. 

  • An adult must accompany and directly supervise children.

  • Pool hours are 8am to 10pm daily. 

  • No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the hot tub at any time.

  • NO DIVING - SHALLOW WATER.

  • No running or horseplay in the pool area.

  • Proper swim attire is required, no street clothes (jeans/jean material, t-shirts) in pool or hot tub.

  • Swim diapers must be used for all children who wear diapers.

  • If an accident in the pool or hot tub occurs, please notify management immediately.

  • No smoking in the pool or hot tub.

  • No eating or food in the pool or hot tub.

  • No glass containers of any kind inside the pool area.

  • Please be courteous of other guests, no loud music, profanity or improper behavior. 

  • If you have a communicable disease that can be transmitted by water or have been ill with diarrhea or vomiting in the last two weeks, please do not use the pool.


Release/Indemnification And Covenant Not To Sue

In consideration of my involvement at the Legend’s RV Resort Pool, I, the undersigned user, agree to release and on behalf of myself, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators and assigns, HEREBY DO RELEASE Legends RV Resort’s Owners and its employees  from any cause of action, claims or demands of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to, a claim of NEGLIGENCE, which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, and assigns may now have, property damage or loss, death or accident of any kind, arising out of or in any way related to my use of the Legend’s RV Resort Pool whether that use is supervised or unsupervised, however, the injury of damage is caused, including but not limited to the NEGLIGENCE of the Legends RV Resort’s Pool, it’s officers, agents and employees. “NEGLIGENCE” means (1) failing to do something that a reasonable person with similar training, skills, and experience would have done to prevent a foreseeable injury or damage; (2) doing something that a reasonable person with similar training, skills or experience would not have done because of the risk of causing a foreseeable injury or damage.

In consideration of my use of the Legends RV Resort’s  Pool, I, the undersigned user, COVENANT NOT TO SUE and agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the owner’s and employees from any and all causes of action, claims, demands, losses, or costs of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in any way relating to my use of the Legends RV Resort Pool. I hereby certify that I have full knowledge of the nature and extent of the risks inherent in the use of the Legends RV Resort Pool and that I am voluntarily assuming the risks. I understand that I will be solely responsible for any loss or damage, excluding death, I sustain while using the Legends RV Resort Pool and that by this agreement, I am relieving the owners and employees of any and all liability for such loss, damage or death.

I further certify that I, my child(ren) and the child(ren) in my trust are in good health and that I, my child(ren) and the child(ren) have not physical limitations that would preclude my safe use of the facilities.

I further certify that I am of lawful age (18 years or older) and otherwise legally competent to sign this agreement. I further understand that the terms of this agreement are legally binding and I certify that I am signing this agreement, after having carefully read it, of my own free will.
