Cancellation Policy

Stays of 1 month or more:

• If canceled more than 46 days prior to arrival date, a cancellation fee of $150.00 will apply and the deposit balance will be refunded to the original form of payment.

• If canceled less than 46 days prior to arrival date, the total deposit will be forfeited.

• No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

• After check-in date - No refunds will be given for shortened length of stay, late arrivals or early departures.

Stays of less than 1 month:

• If canceled more than 14 days prior to arrival date, a cancellation fee of $25.00 will apply and the deposit balance will be refunded to the original form of payment.

• If canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival date, the total deposit will be forfeited.

• No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

• After check-in date - No refunds will be given for shortened length of stay, late arrivals or early departures.
