Cancellations received 14 days before arrival are considered for refund of deposit minus one night's stay ($50/camping, $200/cottage/rental camper/tiny house

NO refunds for no-show or for guests who shorten their stay less than 14 days prior to arrival.

NO refunds for Holiday reservations.
